Standard Delivery Time

The estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • 2–3 working days: Delhi-NCR & Haryana 
  • 3–4 working days: Tamil Nadu, Kerala & North East India 
  • 3–5 working days: Rest of India 

Please Note:

  • Orders are dispatched on the same day or within 24 hours of confirmation. 
  • Shipping is operational Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. 
  • Any delays caused by courier partners are beyond Elvora’s direct control. 

Delivery Process

  • Once your order is confirmed, it is processed, packed, and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. 
  • Our logistics partners will ensure timely delivery. 
  • In case of any delivery issues, they will contact you directly to resolve them.

Packaging

  • All products are packed in secure, high-quality boxes with additional protective layers. 
  • We ensure that every order is delivered in safe and hygienic condition.

Shipping Coverage

  • Elvora currently delivers across India. 
  • International shipping will be introduced soon. 

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details. 
Tracking will be active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Shipping Charges

  • ₹60 flat shipping charge on orders below ₹499 
  • Free shipping on orders above ₹500 

Air Shipping (Express Delivery)

  • Orders are shipped same day or next day (excluding Sunday) 
  • Delivery within 2 days after dispatch 
  • Air shipping is handled via DTDC 
  • Any delays due to courier partners are outside Elvora’s control
