Refund policy
Elvora Groups Pvt Ltd does not accept returns once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been completed by the buyer.
Exchange Policy
Elvora will consider exchange requests for products purchased through its official platform, subject to the following conditions:
- Exchange requests will be accepted only if the delivered product is damaged or expired.
- Any approved refund will be provided in the form of store credit only.
- The buyer must notify Elvora of the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
- For damaged or expired items, the buyer must share clear images of the product along with the batch number via email at info@elvoragroups.com.
- Approved exchange products must be sent to the following address: Elvora Groups Pvt Ltd, D-29, Krishna Park, Devli Road, Khanpur, South Delhi, Delhi - 110062
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been successfully placed and processed through the payment gateway.
Refund requests will only be considered under the following conditions and will be issued as store credit only:
- If the order is not delivered within 30 days due to failure from Elvora’s side
- If the delivery location is not serviceable by our logistics partners
Important Notes
No refunds will be issued for damaged products; such cases will be handled through exchange only.
Returns will not be accepted if the customer:
- Does not like the product after delivery
- Feels the product does not meet expectations
- Refund Will Not Be Applicable In Cases Of:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Recipient unavailable at the delivery location
- Refusal to accept the order
- Delivery made as per customer instructions (to another person/place)
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)
- Product tampering after delivery
